Last week I got my grubby little mitts on the Gavin And Stacey boxset. Prior to that, I had never seen an episode, I had only heard positive murmurings of the show, and the comic genius that is James Corden (A.k.a Smithy).
I quickly worked through all 3 seasons, which did not disappoint.
In one of the episodes, there is a brilliantly amusing scene with a ‘typical’ Estate Agent at work, which I thought I’d share to those that haven’t been fortunate enough to already see it. Enjoy…

Yes, a lot of the stereotypical traits of an agent may have been over emphasised, but it’s hard to disguise the fact that the underlying antics are based on reality!
